Registration and admission payments

Registration, seat booking, admission processing and counselling confirmation payments are generally non-refundable once the registration or seat confirmation process has started.

If a payment was made by mistake, duplicated, charged without confirmation, or made for the wrong course or amount, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of payment.

Course fee cancellation

Course fee cancellation requests are reviewed case by case. Approval depends on the course joined, batch status, services already used, study material issued, administrative processing and the written terms shared at the time of admission.

No refund is normally applicable after classes, training access, study material, digital access, counselling support or batch services have substantially started.

Duplicate or failed transactions

If the amount is debited more than once or a transaction fails after debit, the institute will verify the payment status with available gateway or bank records.

Approved duplicate or failed-transaction refunds will be initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

How to request a refund

Send your request to us with student name, phone number, course, payment date, amount, transaction id and reason for refund.

Refund requests must be made from the same contact details used for admission or payment, unless additional verification is completed.

Refund processing time

Where a refund is approved, the institute will initiate it within a reasonable period after verification. The final credit timeline depends on the payment gateway, bank or wallet provider.

No guarantee of selection

Fees are charged for coaching, training, mentoring and related services. Refunds are not provided only because a candidate does not clear an examination, SSB, medical process or final selection.
